Meet the Marsh is a community festival celebrating the ongoing restoration of the Cousins River Fields & Marsh Preserve in Yarmouth.

From Maine Coast Heritage Trust:

Meet the Marsh is presented in partnership with the Cousins River Marsh Collaborative and is free to attend. No registration is required. For your comfort, we encourage visitors to bring a picnic blanket or camp chairs and to wear closed-toed shoes. There will be a water station to refill your water bottles and porta-potty bathrooms on site. No dogs (except service animals). Please leave four-legged friends at home.

• Marsh Walking Tours

• Community Campfire

• Live Music from Rockville the Band

• Free Raffle Prizes

• Animal Demonstrations with Chewonki

• Food Trucks (Bowlicious and Black Salt) & Local Apples

• Community Vendors including Cousins Rivers Marsh Collaborative, The American Chestnut Foundation, Adaptive Outdoor Education Center, Wild Seed Project and more!
