This strategic action plan is a “living” document and is updated as needed. Changes to this document are informed by partner organizations during the annual meeting in December.

The ASA is one way to ensure that the SWC is accomplishing the action strategies laid out in the Action Plan. This document is updated at quarterly Steering Committee meetings throughout the year.
